Crossover occurs during the May Pack Meeting. This is where the boys "graduate" from one rank to the next. If your son is a Tiger, Wolf, or Bear, for this meeting, you will need to purchase your son's new neckerchief for the next level up.

At the ceremony, your son will start at one side of the room. He wil first be "stripped" of his old neckerchief. Then, as he walks across the room, his den leader will recount all that he has earned over his Cub Scout career. When he gets to the other side of the room, he will be greeted and "dressed" in his new neckerchief.
